VENDOR Applications for Februrary 26th -28th, 2027
SCARADISE HAS THE RIGHT TO TURN DOWN ANY VENDOR WE DO NOT FEEL FITS OUR SHOW.
At this time, we are not accepting any vendors who primarily sell the following items: AI Art, Games of Chance, Firearms, Tumblers, 3D Printed Items & Funko Pops.
Corner Booths: $700.00 plus tax

Inline Booths: $650.00 plus tax
Includes:

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, please email us at ScaradiseVendors@gmail.com. No refunds will be given within 30 days prior to the event under any circumstances.
Over 30 Days - 50% refund
Under 30 days - no refund
Booth Set-Up
Vendor is responsible for providing their own table linens. Vendor must stay within the confines of their booth space and may not have anything obstructing aisle ways. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entirety of the event. Any vendor found to be breaking down their booth before the closing of the event will not be allowed to return as a vendor for future shows.
Vendor Passes, Internet & Parking
Vendor passes will be picked up on-site at vendor check-in on set-up day. Up to (3) extra weekend vendor passes will be available for purchase for $50 each if needed at vendor check-in. Any passes exceeding (3) can be purchased at full admission price. Internet & electric will be available for an additional expense as the event gets closer, as well as a link for vendor parking registration.
Food & Beverage Vendors
No vendor has permission to sell food, snacks or drink items without being approved by Scaradise staff.
Nontransferrable/Subletting
Vendors are not permitted to sublet, transfer or share any portion of their booth to another business without given consent by Scaradise staff.
Booth Assignment
Booth assignments and floor map will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event. Location requests may be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.
Vendor Code of Conduct
Scaradise is committed to providing a fun, safe and welcoming environment for attendees, guests, vendors & staff alike. All vendors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassing or offensive behaviors such as bullying, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography/videoing and unwelcome physical contact will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs by vendors or their staff is strictly prohibited during event hours, including setup and breakdown. Vendors may not be under the influence while working at the event. Violating this code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund or banned from selling at future Scaradise events.
Sales of Weapons
If a vendor is selling any type of weapon that does not follow Scaradise’s prop weapons policy, items must be displayed where they cannot be easily accessed by attendees. If an attendee purchases a weapon, the vendor must escort the attendee out of the front gates for the attendee to store the item in their vehicle. No weapon shall remain inside the fairgrounds under any circumstances past point of sale.
AI Art and Materials
Scaradise prohibits the sale of art generated by “Artificial Intelligence” tools (ChatGPT, NightCafe etc). Please leave any AI generated art or merchandise at home. If Scaradise staff finds a vendor to be violating this policy, you will receive a warning to remove the merchandise from your booth. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the convention or a permanent ban from participating in other Scaradise events.
Scaradise and Florida State Fairgrounds are not responsible for losses due to theft, damage, fire or other causes.
