Refund Policy: 50% Refunds will be allowed until February 1st, 2026. No refunds will be given after February 1st 2026. 

At this time we are not accepting any food or beverage vendors. Knives & swords are allowed to be sold to ages 18+ but need to be protected from children. If a vendor sells any knives or swords, they must escort the items out of the building for the attendee to place in their vehicles.

Corner Booths: $700.00 plus tax

Inline Booths: $650.00 plus tax
Includes:
10x10 Inline Booth
- (1) Table
- (2) Chairs
- (2) Weekend passes

Vendor December Market 2025 Application

Scaradise has the right to turn away any vendor. We accept every application before sending an invoice. No exchanges can be made at this time.
