Refund Policy: We will not be offering any refunds after August 1st, 2026.
At this time are not accepting any vendors who primarily spell the following items: Ai Art, Games of Chance, Firearms, Tumblers, 3D Printed Items, & Funko Pops.
No vendor has permission to sell food, snacks, or drink items without being approved by convention staff.
Corner Booths: $700.00 plus tax

10x10 Corner Booth

- (2) Weekend passes
Inline Booths: $650.00 plus tax
Includes:
10x10 Inline Booth
- (1) Table
- (2) Chairs
- (2) Weekend passes
Extra vendor badges, Internet, Parking, & placement/layout information will be given as the event gets closer.
Scaradise has the right to turn away any vendor. We accept every application before sending an invoice. No exchanges can be made at this time.
